CJC Preschool & Academy

This past weekend, CJCA had seven students compete in the ACSI Science Fair at Sunland Park Mall. We would like to recognize the hard work and say that we are proud of you. Meiling Fong-Bronze Medal, Jack Punches-White Ribbon, Larissa Zamora-Red Ribbon, Artist Covington-Red Ribbon, Sienna Newby-Sanchez-Silver Medal, Jonathan Silva-Bronze Medal, and Nadia Gaytan-Gold Medal. What an outstanding show of science from these seven students. Four or the seven students received medals, awesome! If you see any of the students listed above, give them a big congratulations!

It is open enrollment time! We are now enrolling students in Nursery 2-6th Grade for the upcoming school year. Classes are filling up quickly! Call the school office today for more information or to schedule a tour. 915-595-1328

If you are in the El Paso, Las Cruces, or Alamogordo area this Easter Sunday, we would like to invite you to join us @10am to come and experience a New Beginning. CJCA will have early release tomorrow, April 5th @12pm. No aftercare will be available so ALL students must be picked up at 12pm. Students in Nursery 2 – K5 will be served lunch in the cafeteria. As a reminder, CJCA will be closed on Friday, April 6th, and Monday, April 9th. We will see everyone back in class on Tuesday, April 10th. We pray everyone will have a blessed and safe weekend.

As a reminder, open enrollment begins April 2nd, 2012.  If you have not turned in your intent to register form or the actual registration card and registration fee, your child’s slot in next year’s classroom is not guaranteed.  Hurry before the classes fill.  Students are now permitted to wear shorts to school.  Please be mindful of the weather for the day.  The ACSI Science Fair, Art Festival, and Young Author’s is fast approaching.  Watch your child’s folder for more information.  The Spring Fundraiser was a success.  Thank you all for your support.   For those families who do not have a church home, we invite you to join us April 8th for Easter Service.  Come experience a NEW BEGINNING!

The CJCA basketball teams will play their last basketball game this upcoming weekend (February 11).  Come out and cheer on our teams and let them know how much we appreciate them.  The boys will play at Northeast Christian Academy, 9901 McCombs @9am.  The girls will play at St. Clements on Yandell Street  @8am.  We look forward to seeing everyone out!   GO EAGLES BASKETBALL!
